Välkomna till oss!

Vi har arbetat inom motorsport branschen sedan tidigt 2000-tal och utvecklat företaget för att möta upp mot svenska bilsportens behov. För allt från A-traktorer, gatbilar till racingbilar står våra dörrar öppna, alla bilentusiaster är välkomna!

Under åren har vi testat flertalet tillverkare och har skapat ett starkt nätverk inom motorsport industrin där vi kan tillhandahålla högkvalitativa produkter som visat hög tillförlitlighet efter hårda testförhållanden.  Vi är återförsäljare för bland annat Radium Engineering, EMtron , Quaife Engineering, Goodridge LTD, Plazmamann, Bullet Race Engineering, Racespec mm många av dessa produkter lagerhåller vi och kan inom kort tid leverera via postorder.

Auto-Gruppen bedriver även ett eget test team där vi bland annat undersöker nya funktioner och kvalitén på produkter i sortimentet. Vi jobbar med flera ambassadörer inom många olika grenar inom motorsport och välkomnar er att ta del av vår erfarenhet för att på ett snabbare och smidigare sätt nå ert mål!

An injector actual flow is not static in a car. The actual flow depends on the fuel pressure difference and battery voltage, dead times, linearisation, type of fuel, etc.
When we have tuned the Evo we have seen that the car and engine reacts different on each lap, you have to remember that from a cold car to a warm car air temps, fuel temps, charge temps, oil temps, frictions etc changes as we push more laps into it. We have chosen to tune the car in throttle mass flow. What this means is that the ECU basically builds a virtual mass air flow meter over the throttle body. Let me explain this part a bit more. We have the diameter of the throttle plate. We have air temp and map sensor before and after the throttle body. With these factors, we can calculate the pressure ratio over the throttle and the amount airflow that passes through the engine.

So now add the engine displacement and the exhaust manifold pressure, and you can start calculating the torque that the engine is producing! BUT, in all of these calculations, we must be aware that the injectors are one of the most critical parts that you have to know the exact characteristics of to be able to do that calculation.
So with Fuel injector clinic you will recieve papers explaining each injector character, we take those and type it into the @emtronworld ECU so it can calculate how much fuel mass that is needed for the air mass passing through the engine. We use FIC1440 as pri and FIC1650 as sec, all sequential staged, you can turn off pri and you won´t here or see anything changing is the engine character, and vice versa. These cool features can´t be done if you don´t have an understanding of how important the fuel injectors are and what character they have in different situations. So our advice to you is easy! When you buy injectors don´t only look at the flow in the product name, ask for linearisation character (the part where the flow isn´t linear, usually at low opening pulses at idle and vaccum) and for a deadtime character, and not only for 13.2 V. Your car will never be excatly at that voltage!
